A distraught father of three women who were abused by former Michigan State University doctor Larry Nassar attempted to attack him during his sentencing hearing on criminal sexual conduct charges Friday morning.
Shortly after two of his daughters had finished sharing their victim impact statements, Randall Margraves asked Judge Janice Cunningham if he could give a brief statement.
Cunningham told him he could speak, and he asked her if he could have five minutes in a locked room alone with Nassar, or even one minute. Cunningham told him she could not grant that request.
