
Stability ball crunches
Some experts say that this stability ball crunch activates abs twice as much as floor crunches.
How to perform:
Sit on the edge of the ball. Keep your knees bent and thighs parallel to the floor.
Place your hands behind the head, arch your back and then crunch.
Slowly place the upper back on the ball to complete the rep. Repeat this movement until you’re tired.
