University Of Kansas Students Look Lightning In The Face

What’s the fun of building an 8-foot Tesla coil if you can’t get a good look at the high-voltage fruits of your labor? The Hawkworks team at the University of Kansas built themselves a Faraday cage to channel their DIY lightning, while still allowing them to film the experience up close.
