We get that it can be annoying having utility trucks parked outside your house, but there are plenty of steps to take before drawing a weapon.
We don’t know if this irate gentleman in Florida took those steps, but he clearly didn’t care about the safety of the guy stuck in the bucket as he shot out the tires and into the engine of one truck.
