
Now that New Horizons has blasted past Pluto, it’s a case of been there, done that, and on to the Kuiper Belt.
Fortunately, it’s still sending data back to Earth, and the former planet’s friends can now see a portion of its surface.
Oddly, the video stitched together from NASA’s images looks much like driving across the middle of the U.S.: plains, plains, and more plains. Just when you think the cellular nitrogen ice plains are at an end, here come the non-cellular nitrogen ice plains.
We tell you, it’s like crossing the Kansas-Colorado border on 70; not a lick of difference to the untrained eye.
