Aside from soap operas related to hospitals in general (see what we did there?), “Scrubs” was one of the most popular shows about doctors, hospitals, and medicine ever to air on television. But how accurate was “Scrubs”? In this video, a doctor watches the pilot and answers that question. In brief, the show seems to replicate this doctor’s experience as a new resident very accurate. He even calls watching the main character’s first day as “cringy.”
