Imagine a Texan ranch house. Imagine a Victorian. Imagine a midwestern red brick house. Finally, imagine a bank. Now put them all in a blender and combine them. That is a McMansion. It’s an architectural hodgepodge, it’s a horrible mess, and people hate them––except the people who live in them, of course. So what’s the deal with these McMansions?
