The only ways to properly defrost your meat is to: A) Run it thru water in the kitchen sink. B) Microwave it. Or C) Let it defrost in the refrigerator. I always prefer the refrigerator method. You just gotta plan ahead of time. Usually takes about 12 hours to fully defrost in the fridge. But it's safe and keeps your meats fresh.
