International Business Machines, better known as IBM, was once king of the hell in the technology industry. But alas, times chance and IBM has fallen from its former position of glory. As a result, IBM had a lot of older employees who were earning more and more money from the company. Unfortunately, the company itself wasn’t earning much money, losing out to companies like Google and Facebook. If IBM wanted to survive, it had to trim some expenses. So…they “invited” some older workers to leave.
