Those who read the book upon which the film is based knew ahead of time that it would re-define pop culture references and homages for movie fans – assuming the makers of Ready Player One could get the rights to the characters and franchises referenced. The final movie doesn’t disappoint, with over 120 Easter Eggs and Cameos to look for – and that’s just the ones we’ve spotted so far.
