Team USA Walked Out To "Gangnam Style" At The Olympics 2018 Opening Ceremony

Though the 2018 Winter Olympics just started in Pyeongchang, South Korea, the Opening Ceremony might just take you back to 2012. That's because Team USA made its grand entrance during the Parade of Nations to Psy's throwback viral hit "Gangnam Style," and you could say it was a wild journey. If you don't remember "Gangnam Style" (though, chances are, it's been stuck in your head for years), it was the song that sparked an international dance craze and held the title of most-viewed YouTube video ever until Charlie Puth and Wiz Khalifa dethroned the South Korean sensation. Team USA marched into the stadium with a total of 242 athletes — the largest for any country at any Winter Games ever — with Erin Hamlin, the first female American luger to medal at an Olympics, as flag bearer. Vice President Mike Pence looked on and waved from the audience.
