Ellie Goulding ‏Drops 'Vincent' For Valentine's Day

In celebration of Valentine’s Day (February 14), Ellie Goulding has just dropped a brand new song titled “Vincent” as a special gift to fans! The track is a cover of the Don McLean classic that is part of the American Pie album released in 1971. The song was originally a tribute to Vincent van Gogh, a famous dutch painter. “My album isn’t ready yet, but for the best fans in the world, here’s my offering for Valentines Day,” Ellie, 31, wrote on her Twitter account. “A tribute to Don McLean who wrote this heartbreakingly beautiful and poignant ode to Vincent Van Gogh. So much love and big hug.”
