Move over Archie because, this year, it’s Troye Sivan who got hot. The queer pop star debuted his long-awaited new single and video for “My My My!” and, yes, it’s now okay to think that he’s sexy.
Gone are the emotionally pure days of the heart-wrenching Blue Neighborhood trilogy of videos or his house party sleepover visuals for “Youth.” In their place, the Australian singer has a sensual, swaggering new video directed by Grant Singer, whose previously worked on everything from The Weeknd’s “Starboy” and “Can’t Feel My Face” to Lorde’s “Green Light.” As he sings about having every night with his man and going slow and going fast because “you like it just as much as me,” he stomps and sways around a warehouse and empty streets.
