Jimmy Fallon and Jason Momoa faced off in a high-stakes version of the card game War, in which the winner of each round got to douse his opponent in a pint of water.
Things got pretty intense:
Before the water war, Momoa also chatted with Jimmy Fallon about what life has been like since his major breakthrough in Game of Thrones. He says he struggled for a while to get new roles because people couldn’t separate him from Khal Drogo, his tough, Dothraki-speaking character in the hit HBO series.
“Yeah, not a lot of people thought I spoke English,” he said. “It’s like, what do you do with Drogo? You’re not going to put him in a comedy.”
He landed on his feet, though, scoring the role of Aquaman in 2017’s Justice League and an ongoing starring role in the Netflix series Frontier.
