I do not know in which country the scene takes place, I have no idea why these people - a cyclist and two scooter riders - get so mixed up. But the guy on the bike knows how to fight back. And how he knows that!
On his bike right brute-scooter-missile defense system is installed, which the cyclist also starts up immediately. Fireworks are shot one after the other against the now fleeing - and cursing - scooter riders. Somehow blatantly and definitely more explosive than the police allowed.
Be sure to look to the end to experience the fiery finale! Fake or not? Since I can only speculate, so I prefer to leave the judgment to you.
