Dave Crosby, whose daughter Claire first captured the hearts of millions on YouTube before Dave appeared on “The Voice,” says that the opportunity to participate in an event satisfies both of the main purposes his family has with a YouTube channel.
“The whole purpose of our YouTube channel is number one, it’s awesome life experience and it helps us spend awesome time together as a family doing cool things, but the next most important thing to us for why we keep doing YouTube is it gives us a platform and gives us the opportunity to put a voice to the things that we really care about, so the #LightTheWorld thing is definitely one of those things,” Crosby said.
