A leopard trapped in a well was rescued by officials in India. India news 38 minutes ago. After the animal was discovered in a well in Guwahati, Assam on Wednesday, local forest officials and a vet sedated it and pulled it out using a rope. The well was about 30 feet (9.1 metres) deep. The animal did not suffer any injuries.
