In this Binging with Babish installment, he teaches you how to make this hot cocoa, which is a lot like a s’mores hot chocolate you’d pay ten bucks for at a coffee shop. It’s perfect for sipping on at the end of a long Christmas day, and you likely have most of the ingredients in your house already. If you wish to add some booze…then that’s your choice.
