Long awaited but never realized, a possible third part of the "Gremlins" is still waiting in vain to make a complete trilogy of the Christmas horror classic. Now fans have taken matters into their own hands and staged their own sequel. The dedicated team around director Ryan Patrick has spared no effort for the short film "Gremlins: Recall". With great attention to detail, Gizmo & Co were brought back to life, in elaborate manual work without CGI.
The charm of the cute Mogwais and her grim Alter Egos does not make it to the big screen, but at least on the home computer screen.
