Star Wars: The Last Jedi is coming soon, and the hype is getting extreme. So extreme, in fact, that Disney thinks it has movie theaters over a barrel. They’re demanding 65% of theaters’ earnings, up from the usual 55% of ticket earnings. Disney thinks it has leverage over the theaters because of the popularity of the movie; but does it? Some theaters are refusing to play the new Star Wars flick. Take a look at the ongoing battle.
