How do you prep for the world’s biggest fashion show? With the ultimate girls’ night, of course! On the eve of Victoria’s Secret’s Shanghai extravaganza, the VS squad took over the penthouse of the Mandarin Oriental for an epic Angels-only sleepover. With Adriana Lima, Candice Swanepoel, Taylor Hill, and Stella Maxwell all in attendance, things were certain to be entertaining, but the resulting party went in directions no one could have predicted. With Lima and Swanepoel taking over the baby grand to play a song, a supermodel walk-off happening in the hallway—much to the chagrin of a napping hotel guest—and the construction of what may be the world’s most luxurious pillow fort, the evening’s focus was on fun, even when it meant getting a little silly. “You’ve got to enjoy every minute, the time goes so fast,” said Lima, who is a VS veteran (this is her 18th show).
