Forget your XFit and Zumba, folks, and meet their ancestor, aerobics, where no hip was left unexposed and the strongest thing on stage might have been the Aquanet, seeing how none of these ladies’ hair moves in the slightest.
Sure, today just about everybody knows the name Robin Thicke, for better or for worse, but back in 1988 his dad took center stage at the 1988 Crystal Light National Aerobic Championship opening ceremonies, an honor we’re sure humbles his offspring every day.
So kick back (or kick’em up) for this blast from the past that leaves us wondering when big, big hair will make a comeback.
