If it’s eight square meters designed by Kitoko Studio, the third option would be our first choice (though we wouldn’t rule out the other two).
Inspired by a Swiss Army knife, the tiny dwelling boasts a kitchenette, bathroom, private sleeping area, bookshelves and wardrobe.
Now, that’s an efficient use of space.
