Volkswagen has seen its fair share of trouble lately, so perhaps what the public needs is a retro-style distraction.
This video, dating from 1974, shows the Beetle camper, which allowed the car to turn 360 degrees for those tight spaces, yet offered small car drivers some camping luxury of their very own.
