Toy rockets are a blast, but if you buy them in a toy store they’re way over priced. After all, they’re kind of a one-off toy, right? Follow these instructions to make toy rockets out of sugar packets and other cheap stuff––they only run about fifty cents, and they fly a few hundred feet in the air.
