How many of us spent time drawing cities as kids, planning our perfect metropolises, complete with playgrounds on every corner and special lanes for ice cream trucks? The funny thing is how urban planning loses its appeal as we get older and settle for less than ideal design.
Designer Karoliina Korppoo seeks to bring more voices to the table and bring back those carefree days of youth with a video game called “Cities: Skylines.”
