Saying Goodbye To Cassini




Since Cassini arrived in the neighborhood of Saturn in 2004, we’ve learned so much. The morning of September 15th marked the final plunge into the planet, but The New York Times takes a look at all the strange and incredible things it’s allowed us to see. From the closest look yet at Saturn’s iconic rings to the odd collection of moons in its orbit, it’s safe to say “Mission accomplished.” Thanks for the memories, Cassini.
