No, that’s not a joke name on the screen. The name of this Welsh town is Llanfairpwllgwyngyl, though it’s sometimes called Llanfair­pwllgwyngyll­gogery­chwyrn­drobwll­llan­tysilio­gogo­goch. It means “St. Marys church in the hollow of the white hazel near to the rapid whirlpool of Llantysilio of the red cave.”
