The last time the phrase “Let them eat cake,” was in vogue, things didn’t end well, so we’re hoping history doesn’t repeat itself for the sake of comedienne Tina Fey.
That being said, the recent events in Charlottesville are anything but funny, but in the midst of mouthfuls, Fey does deliver some valuable morsels during her appearance on “Weekend Update.” For example, the 250 militias in the U.S. that are less regulated than the bakery where that sheet-cake came from.
Just sayin’.
