7 Basic Knots Everyone Should Know

How many of you out there can honestly say you know how to tie more than two or three kinds of knots and know what they’re called? The one I can personally think of is a square knot, and I couldn’t tell you if that’s the knot I’m tying, and bunny ears, which probably isn’t a real kind of knot at all. In a pinch, it’s good to know you’re way around a piece of rope, so check out this video from The Art of Manliness, and be that much more convincing when you’re bragging about the sailboat you don’t own.
