It’s hard to believe that Lesley Rochat was once terrified of sharks, but as the old saying goes, the best way to stop being afraid is to confront your fears. There’s no better example of that than Rochat, who freedives with these fearsome creatures on a regular basis, which has earned her the title of Shark Warrior as she relentlessly promotes conservation efforts for the animals through the non profit she founded called AfriOceans.
