Dad Catches Ball Like A Boss On Father’s Day

When out for a day at the ballpark with a baby, catching balls and throwing back beer is replaced by juggling bottles and binkies…or is it? Rob Winner, fire captain, Giants fan and father of one-year-old son, Thomas, shows us how it’s done with this bare-handed catch made at the Father’s Day game against the Colorado Rockies on the way back from a quick diaper change. The player that hit the home run, Troy Tulowitzki, requested the ball back since it was his own first Father’s Day, and Winner gladly exchanged it for an autographed one. Class and skill; it’s what makes for a great dad.
