Wrongly Foreclosed Upon Homeowner Forecloses On Bank

This poor homeowner suffered a serious miscarriage of justice. A local Bank of America branch foreclosed on his home. Here’s the problem: he didn’t owe a dime on his house. So he had to get an attorney to deal with it––and the bank refused to pay the attorney fees. Naturally, they then foreclosed on the bank.
