Despite their size and reputation, even killer whales need a hand once in a while.
This scene took place in eastern Russia, where members of EMERCON — the country’s emergency response team — jumped into the icy waters of the Sea of Okhotsk to help four whales trapped in the ice.
As far as we know, three were successfully extricated with no word on the fate of the fourth.
