Those sitting in the audience of the Star Wars Celebration event in Orlando got a treat when the legendary George Lucas revealed the meaning behind Star Wars in the beginning.
No worries, though; it’s a meaning every kid will understand, and plenty of adults will appreciate.
“The idea was simply to do a high-adventure film that I loved when I was a kid with meaningful psychological themes,” he said. “I’m not supposed to say this, and I wasn’t supposed to say it then, but it’s a film for 12-year-olds.”
