Smartphones have liberated millions from the physical limitations of desktops and laptops, but unfortunately now our phones are in constant reach and we're connected 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
With new phobias such as Nomophobia ('Fear of being without your phone') being identified more often, we're becoming emotionally attached to our smartphones and most of us couldn't think of being without one.
