A marble table that moves like the ocean

Mathieu Lehanneur’s unique creation isn’t the kind of table for stacking papers, but one meant to move viewers into a meditative state. Using 3D technology, he turned a black piece of marble into a slice of the ocean, wherein the table appears to move as one goes around a room. Liquid Marble is currently on display at the Victoria and Albert Museum, and is one of a three-part series.
