Cellist plays “Adagio for Strings” in honor of recent tragedies [video]

Bjork once said that “there are certain emotions in your body that not even your best friends can sympathize with, but you will find the right film or the right book, and it will understand you.” That’s basically the reason that The Cello Guy released this rendition of Samuel Barber’s “Adagio for Strings,” because it gave voice to the emotions that he––and all of us––feel in light of recent events.
