Recently, we found out that Alabama isn't lowering flags to half-staff in honor of the victims of the mass shooting at a gay club in Orlando. Erin Burnett from CNN asked the County Commissioner for Alabama, Tucker Dorsey, why they're not doing it, and this is the official answer from the local government.
