Here’s one version of Pachelbel’s Canon that’s anything but overdone.
Wolfgang Saus utilizes “throat singing” to perform it using two melodies simultaneously sung, also known as polyphonic overtone.
The effect is incredibly eerie, yet it’s a trend being used more and more often in new classical compositions.
