Somewhere, out there, a mother is thinking to herself “There are children starving in this world, and this guy is just throwing away a perfectly good apple.”
Excellent point, yet we will assume, for argument’s sake, that this was a worm-ridden, poisoned apple, and he is saving innocent lives by putting it clearly within the category of inedible.
