Man makes most of flash flood by paddle boarding down the road [video]

Sometimes, things just go so badly that you have to throw your hands up, take your pants off, and get on a paddle board. Hopefully everyone is okay in Ocean Beach during this flash flood, but this guy seems to be pretty happy.
