Crew blasts boulder off California highway [video]

What do you do when a twenty-ton boulder decides to tumble onto the highway? The most cost-effective way the California Department of Transportation (CalTrans) found was to drill a few holes in it, fill them with dynamite, and keep their fingers crossed nothing farther up the mountain would be set loose. Actually, we’re not sure about that last part, but we certainly hope someone checked.
