All that happened is you reduced the resolution of the image by 75 percent. nothing special here.Do not try this with real dogs. You will NOT end up with 4 dogs, Just saying. There's a similar theory called the Banach-Tarski paradox and the Von Neumann paradox that deals with something like this on a far more complex scale.
