Be careful when you head to the movie theaters in 2018, because Slender Man might be lurking in the shadows!
The first poster for Screen Gems and Sony's Slender Man movie was released through IGN on Tuesday, and it was followed on Wednesday morning by the first full trailer for the film. Just like the legend it's based on, this movie looks terrifying.
Slender Man is the first fictional movie based on the pop culture entity, who was created as a part of an online challenge. On the Something Awful forums, users were asked to make normal photos terrifying, and a man by the name of Eric Knudsen created the tall and lanky Slender Man figure.
