"Kids Try": Children Eat Seafood Recipes From The Past

"Kids Try" is a series that has appeared on the YouTube channel of Bon Appétit magazine for a while . In it, children are given food which was or are somewhere or somewhere. For example, we had "Kids Try" videos on the blog , where kids have tried breakfast from around the world or sweets from the past 100 years. In the current video of the series the small gourmet should taste seafood from the past. To eat, there was Oysters Rockefeller, a specialty with oysters from the 1920s, or the soup Manhattan Clam Chowder, which was popular in the 1930s. The children should say their opinion on food - and this is surprisingly positive in many cases. Finally, one would not necessarily think that children are enthusiastic about mussels and strange fish varieties. In the video, by the way, some interesting information about the food is shown.
