President Barac Obama recently gave a speech during the Nato summit in Poland, talking about the Dallas shooting and calling it a 'vicious, calculated and dispicable' attack. He also said that his staff were keeping him updated on the attack and that he is in touch with the mayor of Dallas, Mike Rawlings.
